Galactica Dradis is LOST Podcast #5 for "Follow the Leader"

Photobucket

Our Podcast for Lost's Follow the Leader is here.  We all enjoyed this one and had a lot of fun discussing it.  In the show we compare Lost with The Facts of Life, talk about Phil's impending death and what can Richard Alpert not do.  As always stay tuned for our weekly segments: Orlando's Telemundo Moment of the Week, Kevin's Scott and Steve award for Extra Excellence, Marty's What Would Colonel Tigh Do and Jeff's Weekly Wilderness Survival Quiz.  Have Fun!!

Another great podcast guys. A couple of things you guys said really made me wonder. >.>

"like an old man slipping into a nice warm bath"

"I've hit chicks before, but they've not been that pretty."

    ROFL Too funny!

    ****THEORY ALERT****

A part of me thinks 1977 Eloise isn't really trying to change things. I'm not sure she's that much different from present day Eloise. I hope I'm wrong, but I think she might be using Jack/Sayid/the bomb for some nefarious "others" type purpose.

On a separate note, I'm really afraid that this series is going to end with them all landing in LA like nothing ever happened. That would be such a bummer.

So pumped for the season finale!

I'm really glad you found the humor in the hitting chicks joke.  I was nervous about letting that one go.

About your fears of how the show will end, you should play the Lost video game.  I have a feeling it's going to be similar.

Did you really play the Lost game? After buying that Lost book tie in Bad Twin after Season 1 I wasn't giving into anymore Lost merch.

No, I rented it.  It actually wasn't too bad of a game.  Played it on the 360.  If you're looking for some easy achievements play that game.  I played it one time through and got over 900 points.

Listened to your podcast for the first time over the weekend. Loved it, you guys are hilarious!

I'm still wondering about the "war" that is coming, and who's going to be on either side. I think our losties will all get back to "present time" by end of season finale.

    Keep up the good work!

Thanks Peaches!!  I have no clue what to expect tomorrow.  I could give an educated guess but I'm sure I won't be close.

A hot bath sure sounds nice right now! Hey guys, I was wondering what your plans are when Lost is over? If I could make a suggestion, how about old episodes of bsg? I just watched the miniseies again last weekend and it was even better than I remembered...well, except for Jamie Bamber's acting LOOOL!

Hey guys. Fun podcast as always.

Just realized that I have to work tomorrow night and I MIGHT miss the finale party that I was going to attend. Frak! I'm definitely going to miss the potluck portion of the evening. Double Frak! And I don't have TiVo, so if I miss the party, I won't be able to watch the finale until Thursday night. Motherfrakker! Wish me luck!

P.S. Now when I think "Frak!", I always hear it in Marty's Col. Tigh Impersonation voice.

Another hilarious cast. For a moment I thought you guys this was the long lost Facts of Life podcast.

Anyways, I don't think Jacob is a lie...he's something. Going back to that Man Behind the Curtain episode, you see someone in the chair in the cabin; the main speculation being it looked like a silhouette of Locke with hair..I wonder if we'll see Locke confront himself, or some past of his. Same thing with Jack. I'm really hoping he has some kind of encounter with his dad whose been missing for quite a few episodes...I also like how the roles keep changing or reversing. The confident Locke, hapless Ben, confused Eyelash guy, etc. But I hate how they've reduced Sun to the not as annoying Micheal-esque role. Whenever the writers feel like getting back to whether or not they want to reunite them, I hope there's more to their story beyond that.

    Hey guys,
I only came across your podcasts after the series finale of galactica. I listened to your Daybreak 2 & 3 pods and really enjoyed it. I have now gone back to the start of your season 4 pods and I've also started listening to Lost pods as I'm a big fan of lost too. I drive trains on London underground so I get to listen to your pods while I'm driving my train at work which makes my day alot more interesting. Love your weekly segments especially Martys "what would Tigh do" Keep up the good work guys.

Yeah Marty I think most tourists call it that alright but I think the more regular everyday commuters have some more colourful and creative names for it especially if there is delays. Oh and just to clear up I'm actually Irish but living in London. Gonna sit and watch the season finale now, should be a good one.

Indeed Jeff, good to see other folks using a bit of Gaelic now and then although I only know a small bit myself.
Speaking of things Irish, did any of you guys notice that Romo Lampkin in Battlestar was using an Irish accent. Dublin to be precise.
It seems the actor Mark Sheppard is of Irish descent and used to be in an Irish band.
So would I be right in thinking that Romo could possibly have been the first inhabitant of Ireland, which is where our accent came from and that indeed the last ever President of the 12 colonys was in fact Irish?????? Now there's a frackpot theory for you guys.
