Interesting quotes about Battlestar Galactica: The Plan
I read something really interesting on Paste Magazine about the upcoming BSG movie: The Plan. It's pretty great to hear at this time since the BSG talk has silenced for a bit. Adama says "I gotta tell you, not to give anything away, it is exactly what you think it is. You see the complete opposite of the first 281 days of what we went through... seen through the eyes of the Cylons, and it is breathtaking. It's fantastic. It's not fun, but I will say that you will sit there gasping."
Cool, huh! You should read the whole article here.
Oh by the way, for the fans who want more podcasts don't worry we'll be back. We're taking a small break but we've got some things lined up. We're still narrowing down what we will cover. There's a lot out there so we want to bring something fresh.

Good to hear from you. I'm going through dradis withdrawal here! I'm really excited about The Plan too. Can't wait!

Me, too! Can't wait. The Plan sounds like it will be a good adjunct to the series. PS, Orlando, I swear I have to laugh each time I see you on this webpage posing as Hurley!! LOVE IT!!!

Finally! Have a Lost/BSG free-for-all if you can't choose. Either way, 'Saul Tigh' still makes an appearance.

LOL! Oh I'm sure he'll find his way in.

Thanks for the link to the article. It's great to start reading anything that has to relate to "The Plan." I'm excited to see what you guys have in store. As long as Saul makes a cameo, I promise to bring the Ambrosia.
Cheers!
(P.S. - I have a recipe if anyone is interested.)

Hi Orlando!
Recipes sent. Enjoy and if you ever get a chance to tasting either of them be sure to let me know what you thought.
And for any listeners who might be interested: The Geeky Chef blog offers an Ambrosia recipe as well as a listing of recipes from other favorite fandoms. Here is a link: http://fantasyrecipes.blogspot.com/
Sadly, I don't see any recipes for Dharma cookies, Apollo Bars, or Hurley's Ranch Dressing...

Hi fellas.
I'm glad you're updating the site when you can.
To anyone....is there anything decent to watch at the moment ?
All my shows are on hiatus or have finished.Seriously, I have only the new season of Dexter to look forward to and thats still months away.
I'm TOTALLY looking forward to THE PLAN too - I can't wait.

I know what you mean about nothing new or interesting to watch. I love Dexter and can't wait for the new season! Recently I've been using my netflix subscription to catch up on tv I never watched. Doing so I've found some of my favorite shows of all time.
I recommend the following if you haven't watched:
Friday Night Lights. (3 seasons) Really really good show. Not necessarily about high school football the people involved. Extraordinary show. Don't let the young good looking actors scare you off. It's not a CW show.
Doctor Who (4 seasons plus specials) Fun show. Can be cheesy sometimes but nonetheless a great show.
Dexter (3 seasons) When I first saw trailers for this show I didn't much of it, but once I watched the first couple of episodes I was hooked. Very very good. Just when you think they've gone as far as they can with the story they find another avenue.
Southland (1 season) Just debut on nbc. Haven't finished watching the first season but have already fallen in love with it.

We just started watching Doctor Who recently (still in season one) but so far it is pretty funny. Orlando, the soundtracks for that show are really fun.

I also enjoy "True Blood" on HBO...they're based off the Sookie Stackhouse books by Charlaine Harris. If you like vampires and the supernatural... check it out.

Dexter is awesome. Netflix has the first two seasons free to watch online. I'm just finishing up season 3 but kind of dont want to because the show isnt coming back til the fall.
If any GDiL fans are into big into any of J.J. Abram's other work, check out Fringe.

I have the entire season of Fringe on my DVR, and have yet to watch any of it! I really need to get on that this summer.
For some real life sci-fi stuff, check out River Monsters on Discovery and Animal Planet. Really cool, really scary, real life "monsters" are lurking in a river or lake near you! Good show, good host, and most importantly- it's not cheesy.

Hey guys. Hope you're doing well. I just watched the first episode of FlashForward, and I thought it was very podcast-able. Any chance you guys might be willing to do a 'cast or two on this one? Just checking.

I second Brenda - FlashFoward is just too similar to Lost not to talk about. When the shout outs are dead center of scenes and pretty filter Penny stars, come on guys!

Seen 2 episodes of Flashforward and liked it so far but not loved it like Lost - but lets see where it goes.
Is it me or does the main character look like Richard Alpert ?
I didn't catch this when I first saw episode one but there's an Oceanic billboard poster in it.
